James was a God send, he put up with my changes which there were a few of them but helped me out when I needed it. He even went out of his way to help me get it just right. We are so pleased with the great service we recently received getting our cabinets refaced by Barrie Kitchen Saver. James and Gail were very helpful and patient during our ordering process, especially dealing with my indecision throughout. On installation day, Josh and Chris did a wonderful, professional job. I was very impressed with the care they took measuring for the hardware placement. They were very polite and respectful to speak with. Great about Covid protocol. Initially, we thought we would hire another company and go for a new design with new cabinets. Now, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend your company to reface as a wonderful alternative which is easier on the pocketbook and environment. Finally, receiving a handwritten thank you note signed by every employee was terrific public relations.
